Marina Tower

Racetinovac Bay
Select Group acquired 8 hectares of prime coastal land on the island of Ciovo in Dalmatia’s idyllic Racetinovac Bay. The green-field site is zoned for mixed-use tourist resort development, allowing permission to build apartments, villas, hotel and commercial facilities. Located less than half an hour drive from the airport of the nation’s capital Split, and only 2 km from the popular tourist town of Trogir, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is currently under development planning.
Velocity Tower
Velocity Tower is Select Group’s most recent acquisition in Sheffield, UK. Featuring 169 apartments spread over 21 floors, the development includes studio, one and two bedroom apartments, five commercial units plus two levels of secure basement parking. Post-acquisition, an extensive internal and external refurbishment program was undertaken by Select Group which included the addition of 9 apartments to complete the 21st floor. With 125,000 ft2 total gross area.
Alexandra Tower
Alexandra Tower is a 27 floor residential tower located at Prince’s Dock, Liverpool, which is situated on the banks of the River Mersey. Completed in 2008 to a height of 88 metres, it is the sixth tallest building in the City. The building comprises 200 apartments and a ground floor commercial unit. Acquired by Select Group in 2015 as part of its investment portfolio, the tower underwent a comprehensive refurbishment and upgradation program of both properties.
The Hive
Located at Dubai Studio City, The Hive is a low-rise development spread over nine levels comprising two blocks. The development features 200 residential units with a shared podium, eight retail shops, a large gym, a communal lounge, and a rooftop pool. The majority of the apartments have been leased by InterContinental Dubai Marina for their executive staff accommodation requirements. The remaining apartments are leased to corporate occupiers.
Ballochmyle
In 2013, Ballochmyle Estate was acquired by Select Group as part of its investment portfolio. A historic address, records of the estate go back to the 18th century. The most prominent building within the Ballochmyle Estate is Ballochmyle House, a beautiful magnificent mansion house originally constructed in 1760. The mansion house, consisting of 22 luxury apartments, along with phase 1 of the 30 hectares site were completed by Select Group real quick before divesting in May 2019.
